August 2026 - Audit Readiness

Evidence your insurance tracking for any location, over any period, in a couple of clicks.

When a workers' compensation auditor asks you to prove you were tracking insurance on a project, the answer is usually a scramble — pulling COIs one at a time and assembling the story by hand. Audit Readiness assembles it for you.

Here's what you can do

  • Find the new Audit Readiness tab on any location record — under whatever your account calls locations, whether that's projects, sites or buildings.
  • Set the period you're being audited on. That's the only input; the timeline builds from there.
  • See every company that had a compliance assignment at that location during the period, with the stretches they were compliant and the stretches they weren't.
  • Scroll down for the policy-level detail — which policies each company was carrying, and at what limits.
  • Export the timeline as a PDF you can save and send to your carrier or auditor.
  • Download every COI tied to those companies as a single zip — current, superseded and expired.

Between the PDF and the zip you have the whole package: evidence that insurance was tracked for the duration of the project, who the subs were, and the documents to back it up.

Available to all clients now, on every location. It's most useful if you're in construction and answering to a workers' compensation carrier, but it works anywhere you need to evidence that insurance was tracked over a defined period.
