August 2026 - Editable Fields

Update your own vendor, tenant and assignment details — and build the fields you actually need.

On a full-service account, keeping records accurate has meant sending us a note and waiting — even for a moved address or a website that changed. One of the most requested features from our full-service clients is now live: Editable Fields. Your team can update details directly in the directory, at both the company and the compliance assignment level. And in Settings you can now create your own fields, so the information your team tracks in spreadsheets can live on the record instead.

Here’s what you can do

  • Edit vendor and tenant details in the directory — website, address, and any custom fields your account has created.
  • Suggest a corrected company name when a record was set up wrong. Enter the correct name, send the suggestion, and it goes straight to our team to review and apply.
  • Edit fields on a compliance assignment too — if your account renames these to Jobs, Projects or Properties, it’s the same record under your own label.
  • Create your own custom fields in Settings → Fields, at either the company level or the compliance assignment level.
  • Choose from six field types — text, long text, date, checkbox, single-select dropdown and multi-select dropdown — defining your own options on the two dropdown types.
  • Populate and update those fields from the directory, alongside the compliance record.

A small number of fields stay locked, and deliberately so. Company name is one; on an assignment, Location and Requirement Category are two more. Those two inputs are what define the requirements a COI has to meet to be considered compliant — so changing them changes the compliance result, and they stay with our team. Everything else is yours.

Available to full-service clients now, on vendors and tenants alike.
