Deactivate and Re-activate a Job/Lease

When a vendor is no loner active at a work site and tracking their compliance is no longer needed, you can preserve all their compliance data & documents, while also ceasing to actively monitor them.

(Note: if you are a "Full-Service" client, your ability to de-activate/re-activate Vendors/Tenants yourself may be limited. Please reach out to your assigned customer success manager to make any changes, or simply email: customersuccess@getbcs.com )

1. Go to the Vendor/Tenant record in question and click on "Jobs/Lease & Compliance". Click on options and then "Deactivate".

2. When a Vendor/Tenant no longer has a single active Job or Lease, then the Vendor/Tenant itself will be marked as "Inactive". To find their record, you will have to go to "Inactive Vendors/Tenants"

3. You can reactivate them by either reactivating an inactive job/lease or adding a new job/lease.
