Fixes for billing and permissions issues, improves user view persistence, streamlines "Add Vendor," enhances bulk import, and introduces new features like an insurance agent modal, while optimizing performance and resolving bugs.

If you edit columns, your view will save when you log out, so the same columns display once you log back in.
Refactored and simplified "Add Vendor" interface, for searching and adding a vendor from the network.
Performance improvement: improved how the app internally manages it's own resources / removed angular circular dependencies.
Added new insurance agent modal.
Fixed labels in edit column feature.
Added lease types to the accordian in my-leases.
Fixed issue where incorrect vendor registration statuses were shown.
Fixed html rendering for emails / notices.

Fixed permissions issues allowing view only users to view pages they should not be allowed to ie billing.
Improved bulk import to support different document types and prevent users from going over limits. Also increased performance for larger bulk uploads.
