You asked for this one. You can now set a future date for an assignment or certificate to deactivate itself — so records that should be off do not stay on.

Here is what you can do:

• Set an Auto Deactivate Date on any assignment or certificate you are tracking
• Apply that date in bulk — sort or filter by location, then update the whole group at once
• Deactivate a Location and have all associated records deactivate with it: vendors, tenants, subcontractors, hotels, and any other linked assignments

Perfect for tenants planning to move out, projects with a known end date, or any assignment with an expiration in sight. Set it once and stop worrying about being invoiced for records that should already have been deactivated.
