July 2026 - Bulk Actions

It's here! One of our most requested features ever: Bulk Actions. You can now select multiple records and make changes to all of them at once - no more updating records one at a time. 🎉

Here's what you can do:

✅ Filter your list (by location, compliance status, and more), hit Select All, and update everything in one go

🗂️ Change requirement categories and assigned locations (project, property, or hotel) in bulk

👤 Mass-assign users so vendor and tenant tasks automatically land with the right owner

✏️ Hit Edit to mass-update any other field

🔄 Mass activate and deactivate records

🔔 Mass follow records - with personalized compliance notifications for followed records coming soon

Bulk Actions works at both the compliance assignment level and the company directory level.
