July 2026 - Editable Notice Templates

One of our most-requested features is here. You can now customize the notices BCS sends to your vendors and tenants, whether they go out manually or automatically through your automations.

Here's what you can do:

- Edit the subject and body of the templates used by your automations.

- Create your own templates to send manually. They show up right in your template dropdown.

- Use dynamic keywords that auto-fill the right details for each recipient, such as the vendor company name and the assignment name.

- Preview before you send, and revert to the core template any time you change your mind.

- Add attachments, including the dynamic certificate-of-insurance template, and choose your recipients.

Customize your communications to your vendors and tenants exactly the way you want.
