July 2026 - Procore Integration

We have released a new version of the BCS Procore integration. It is built and maintained entirely by BCS, which means a deeper, more comprehensive sync and a native BCS panel inside Procore that shows compliance status where you already work.

Here's what you can do

• See live compliance for any subcontractor from the Procore Directory, Insurance tab, or Commitments: policies, endorsements, documents, contacts, and activity history in one panel.
• Sync more than companies. Projects, subcontractor contacts, insurance policies, commitments, and the association of one sub to multiple projects all come across.
• Track a sub separately on every project they work on, with each compliance assignment evaluated on its own.
• Click a policy to see exactly what is wrong with it, or open the certificate itself in a new tab.
• Jump straight from Procore into the full BCS record, including the project compliance overview with AI insights and a compliance health score.
• Control the scope of the sync: choose which Procore projects sync, and whether to include only active commitments.
• Turn it on yourself. Setup is fully self-serve from the integrations tab in BCS Settings, in about two steps.

Once your Procore data is in BCS, the full compliance engine takes over: automated COI requests, instant red and green review of certificates, endorsements, and policy pages, plus automatic deficiency and renewal notices, with everything syncing back to Procore in real time.
