We've created job/lease statuses and the ability to filter "documents" and "activity"
1. New Job/Lease Status
The new job status will provide quick insight into what stage of the process is happening. The statuses can be one of the the following:
- Pending Review - indicates a document has been received that is pending review.
- Requesting Corrections - deficiency notices are being sent to request corrections to their compliance.
- Requesting Renewal - renewal requests are being sent to obtain updated documents.
- Unresponsive - the vendor/tenant has ignored the automated emails.
- Complete - the record is compliant. No further action for now.
- N/A - the record is inactive.
2. Shortcuts to filtered documents and filtered activity
We've added filters in both the "Document" and "Activity" section so you can see the items that pertain to the job/lease in question.
With that, we've also added shrotcuts in the job/lease tile to take you directly to the respective filtered views.
