Some modifications are coming to the way requirements are being described in the "Deficiency Notice" email template

We are updating the way we describe deficiencies in our email communications with vendors, tenants, subcontractors, and others to make it more user-friendly. These changes specifically impact insurance provisions that include "additional insured", "primary and noncontributory" or "waiver of subrogation."

Before: when checking these, the notice templates would instruct the agents to include that stipulation in the "description of operations".

Now: it will simply instruct that it be indicated on the certificate of insurance by way of a "Y" as the following:

Note: The user can still add the clarification that they want to be spelled out in the "description of operations" by using the following functionality:

Separately, if you're looking to track the actual endorsement pages instead, make sure to add that requirement at the bottom, under the section "Endorsements".
