September 2026 - Slack Notifications

Compliance news shouldn't live in one person's inbox. With this release, BCS can post activity straight into a Slack channel your whole team can see — the moment it happens.

Connect your Slack workspace once under Client Settings ▸ Notifications, then pick exactly which events you want and how wide a net each one casts.

Here's what you can do

• Send team notifications to Slack. These are separate from your personal bell-icon notifications — general notifications go to the whole team, in the channel you choose.
• Turn on 7 event types across 2 categories. Compliance: record became compliant, record became non-compliant, COI soon to expire, COI expired. Exceptions & Waivers: exception requested, approved, rejected.
• Choose your expiration warning windows. Get a heads-up on expiring COIs at 90, 60, 30, 14 and/or 7 days out — pick as many as you want.
• Scope every event individually. Point each notification at all records, specific locations, or specific segments.
• Mute when you need to. Silence a single event, a whole category, or every notification at once.

And this is just the starting set — more triggers are on the way, along with Microsoft Teams as a delivery channel.
