      Submitting and tracking client requests

      Full-Service clients now have a more expedited way to submit and track various requests

      We have launched an even better experience to submit requests to BCS and track the progress of your requests, so these can be processed even faster for you.

       

      Submitting a request

      Go to the top right corner of the BCS app to and clicking on "Submit a request".

      Tracking the progress of your request

      View the status of your request by going to the top right corner of the BCS app and click on "Manage open requests".
