Uploading and Review a Certificate of Insurance

While BCS automatically request and collects documents from your third parties, users can also manually upload them themselves.

 

1. Go to the desired section, either "My Vendors" or "My Tenants" to upload a third party's insurance certificate.

2. You can either add a single COI or upload them in bulk.

3. You'll be notified once the document has been imported and is ready for next steps, throught the notification bell in the upper right corner.

4. You'll be prompted to specify the associations for each uploaded document. 

  • You can either create a new company to associate the upload with, or 
  • Select a Vendor and a Job to be associated with the uploaded COI.

5. Once associated, the document will attached the record in question. You can view it by clicking on the vendor/tenant record and going to "Documents".

6. You can then review the document by clicking on "Review".
